Ms. Striker's Domain

Hello! My name is Emily Striker, and I grew up in Prince George, BC. I graduated from Shas Ti/Kelly Road Secondary School, and attended the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC). There, I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Languages. I had considered being a teacher on-and-off when I was younger, but my decision was finalized when I taught Japanese classes up at the university. I worked in elementary for 4 years, teaching grades 6/7 at Van Bien Elementary and Westwood Elementary. When I'm not teaching, grading or lesson planning, I enjoy reading, kickboxing, watching horror movies, knitting, and spending time with my dog, Ren.
